Big Sky Pro Racing Association (BSPRA) will be traveling to Spokane Raceway
Park, Saturday September 8th, for the Rocky Mountain Pro Stocks Championship
races. This is the first time that the Pro Stocks have traveled to Spokane.
The Pro Stocks will be racing trophy dashes, heats and the championship main
event.

“We are excited to be traveling to Spokane,” stated Tracy Burland, “and
excited to race a longer, faster track.” Spokane Raceway Park features a ˝
mile paved oval, as well as a drag strip. “This track is similar to the
track we have raced in Calgary” said Duane Olsen, “In Calgary the cars got
up to speeds over 110 mph”. Jarred Burland had fast time in Calgary and was
clocked at 124 mph during time ins.

The 2007 season has a close points race for the BSPRA championship.
Currently, Jarred Burland is leading Dan Krahn by one point with car #6,
driven by Josh Burland in the first race, just 8 points out. There will be 9
cars making the trip to Spokane including: #00 Chuck Swope, #3 Brad Lee, #4
Wade Shepard, #6 Willy Ovitt, #7 Tracy Burland, #16 Josh Burland, #26 Lynn
Olsen/RJ Olsen, #33 Dan Krahn, #40 Duane Olsen/Bill Moore, #43 Jarred
Burland.

BSPRA would like to invite all of their sponsors and fans, new and old, to
make the trip to Spokane Raceway Park. BSPRA will be giving out signed hats
and organization t-shirts during the races. Everyone will also be invited to
the pits afterward, where you can even sign your name to #4 Wade Shepards
car.

In addition to the Pro-Stock championship races to be held on Saturday, the
track holds street drags on Friday night. Anyone that wants to experience
drag racing can try the quarter mile on Friday's during the street drags;
Tracy and Jarred Burland are also planning on participating in these. For
