Present:  Carrie Benson, Brad Lee, Tracy Burland, Raeann Campbell, Guy Stinger, Lisa Stinger, Wade Shepard, Traci Shepard,  Heidi Trytten

Guy called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.  The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved.

Brad gave a financial report.  Balance is $440 and we have 22 members. 

General Rules were discussed (see attached).

Discussion was held on meeting night.  A consensus was reached to continue to hold the meetings on Thursday night and to put an end time of 9:30 p.m.  Meetings will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Discussion was held on purchasing official shirts and flags.  Tracy will look into the shirts.  Discussion was held on white pants.  The group decided to make white pants mandatory.

Meeting adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
