The meeting was called to order at 7:10 by Guy Stinger. Also present were Lisa Stinger, Courtney Stinger, Tracy Burland, Wade Shepard, Traci Shepard, and Duane Olsen.

There were no minutes to read because they were forgotten at home.

Financial statements were passed out and discussed.

The report on the Outlaw Cart race was a little dismal. The crowd was very small, so the MFRA waived the payment of the purse, and we wound up losing a little money anyway.

Tracy reported that someone stole some check blanks from the office of SK Holdings. He stopped payment on the series of checks that were taken prior to any of the forged ones getting to the bank. Other than the stop-payment fee of $20.00, there was no expense to us.

Trophies were picked out.

The banquet planning was finalized. It will be pot luck. Duane will bring a couple of large hams, and Guy and Lisa will bring a couple of beef roasts. This should cover the meat portion of the meal. Others will bring salads, desserts etc. There will be a silent auction and card games. Stef Nordberg was called, and she will make up invitations for our sponsors, and also provide pictures for the trophies.
