Guy called the meeting to order at 7:15. Brad Lee unable to come.
Minutes from the last meeting were approved.

Tracy gave the financial report. Total income is $6540 with a net income of 2925.49. Current checking balance is $2091.04.

Checks written for North Crow Clubhouse, $50 for rental, $100 for deposit; and to A&R Trophies for $108. Trophy check was approved at last meeting. Lynn motioned to pay the North Crow Clubhouse, Josh seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Trophies are done, just need to be picked up. Jacket will be done on Friday. Tracy is going to talk with Total Screen about possibly getting jackets for top three places for next year. The driver’s checks at the banquet will be for approximately $300.

Plum Creek needs to be listed as a sponsor. Stef will make them a thank you and invite to the banquet.

Music for the banquet: Lisa checked with a couple of bands-they are unavailable. Tracy has talked with Dennis Anderson who is a sponsor. He is planning on coming to the banquet and may have his band play some. Everyone should bring cd’s to play.

Auction: Pat McCrea gave more items to auction. Grace crocheted and donated a blanket.

Card Tables: Will have 2 blackjack tables and at least one poker table. Pat is bringing a horse racing game. Heidi can get the money wheel, it will need to be recovered. Blackjack will be playing against the house. Duane suggested for blackjack--$.25 minimum, $2.00 maximum, if the bank runs out, then done playing. This allows people to play without having to spend a lot of money. The house could easily net $100 in an hour. Everyone agreed with the amounts. Duane will deal one table. Ang is sending chips over in case she is unable to come, she will deal the other table if she’s here. Duane will also bring the cards. Bumper will deal the poker table and need to ask him about setting the take for the poker.

Stef made a list for food dishes. She will call members that were not at the meeting. Lisa brought the roasts and they were passed out for cooking.

Set up will be around 2:00 Saturday with Tracy, Morigeaus, Lynn, Stingers. Need clean up, will call and see about possibly cleaning up on Sunday if clubhouse is not being used.

Josh made motion to adjourn at 8:15.
