Guy called the meeting to order at 7:15.
Brad gave the financial report: $1198.83 in checking account; $1935 accounts receivable; $92 tires; $1211.70 equipment for a total net worth assets of $4437.53. Have a bill from A&R Trophies for the 2nd and 3rd place trophies from September race for $47.50. Chuck motions that the club pays for these trophies. Josh seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Tracy has talked with A&R about the year-end trophies. They have several different types: wood plaque, engraved glass, or glass with a marble plaque. Last year the cost for trophies was approximately $180. They also have glassed and mugs that can also be engraved ranging in price from $12-20.

Casey showed up at MVS on Saturday thinking that he would be able to race. Jerry had concerns that the agreement did say that their members could race. It was explained to both that he needed to be pre-approved two weeks before the race and that the agreement said that the membership fee would be waived. Dan knew this and had previously talked with Casey.

501-C3 is done; Tracy will drop this off with Jim Oates for filing.

Fred Matt would like input regarding the track (MVS) for next year. He will be asking all racing groups for their input.

Banquet:

• Food: Pot Luck
• Silent Auction: Any items that people want to donate for auction. Pat has talked with Tracy and has items she wants to donate but she is unable to attend the banquet. Will ask Heidi, Carla and Stef to handle the auction.
• Invitations: Need to make invites for the sponsors. Carrie will work on this.
• Cards: Need people to deal. Will ask Stef and Val if they would help again. Also need tables, cards and chips. Tracy will call the gaming commission again, they okay'd it last year as long as it is not advertised and is a closed game for the organization Will need to set up maximum bet like last year.
• Dart/Pool: Idea to have pool and dart tournaments. Will have an entry fee and split the pot with the club. $5 entry fee with double elimination. Chuck will check with his dad about using his pool table. If unable to get that one, Carrie may be able to get her dads. Brad and Guy will bring dart boards
• Tracy will ask White Elephant about getting some tv's to play videos from the races. If anyone has video, please bring them.
• It was discussed to have 50/50 tickets. Could have them set up by the door for purchase. We have some left in the van.
