The meeting was called to order at 7:25 by Tracy Burland. Also present were Wade and Traci Shepard, Brad Lee, Danny Krahn, Josh Burland, Richard Jones and Duane Olsen.

Tracy gave his views on the MLLMS race scheduled for Aug 25. He felt that we should go ahead and race it, even though we have been receiving harassment at the track, so we would not be accused of backing out of the deal. The rest agreed, so it remains on the schedule.

As for the September 8 race, we scheduled that one at Spokane Raceway Park.

On the subject of bringing in a new driver at this late date, much discussion produced a consensus that the MLLMS race was not one that could justifiably be done, but the final race in Spokane could be used to enter him in. He will need to demonstrate that he can handle the car, first on the track by himself, and then with other cars around him. If at that time, the other drivers are comfortable on the track with him, he can race.

Due to Duane and Butch not being able to attend the banquet on October 6, the date was changed to October 13.
