Minutes for meeting of August 31, 2006.  Plum Creek office.

Meeting was called to order by Tracy Burland at 7:15. Also in attendance were Carrie, Lynn, Ron, Melissa, Shirley, Josh, Lasarha, Wade, Tracy, Butch, Dan and Duane

Duane made a motion to proceed with the ride-along car. Members will make a list of parts to contribute. A search for an adequate rolling chassis is underway.

Tires that were sold were 2 to Wade, 2 to Tracy,  and 1 each to RJ and Jarred. This should leave us with 13 tires.

Banquet was set for Sept 23. Tracy left a message for Mrs Hocker. We should know if North Crow clubhouse is available in a day or two.

Lynn moved and Butch seconded  a proposal to MVAR for 5 races in the 2007 season. Passed. We need at least a tentative schedule to take to the WARPA meeting in November to set up any other races.

The question arose about a driver who hasn’t raced driving  Championship night. We tabled any action until the next meeting. We will try to get all of  the drivers opinion by then.

The next meeting is scheduled for September 14.

We agreed to make an offer on office space in Ronan not to exceed $500 per year plus utilities.
