We are here to set the rules for our new class.
Duane said, “It is my belief that the reason for forming this
association is to have a set of easy to understand, affordable rules that will
be strictly enforced.
With that premise in mind, we should make sure that anyone who races in
this class is very aware of this objective to the extent of signing an affidavit
agreeing to this objective.”
Add
to this first paragraph, “signing an affidavit do that affect.”
Also add, “All cars must pass tech inspection.”
A week before our first race, go somewhere and tech the cars.
We can make up some checklists on the computer.
Number
B, During first year, hobby can step up to decide if they want to race in that
class - go with fiberglass or stay where they were.
One year on the nose and tail - vote was unanimous.
We

Goal is to get a $10,000 points fund for 10 cars.
Discussion

Discussion
was held on running two different heats (e.g. fastest time runs in one heat -
next fastest runs in the next heat and so on).
Take the winners from the two heats and run the trophy dash.
Everyone agreed on this.
The four head judges will work on developing the write-up for this.
Discussion
was held on a Race Director.
This duty could be shared with Pit Boss duty.
Walter

We have 7 past MVS class champions in this class.

each.
Tracy
has spoken to Ephrata Speedway and they will get back to us.
Discussion
