Guy called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
We have one inside tire left. No official financial report available.

Jon said that if we show up early, will hopefully be able to get concrete pads together. He will be at the track around 1 p.m. We will be able to use the tire machine.

Tracy has stickers from the Anderson Broadcasting radio stations. The ones for the van were sponsored, but the total one for ever car, is $238. Wade motioned to have the club pay for these stickers. Lisa seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Duane bought a light for the pace car, with a bill of $35. Josh motioned to reimburse Duane. Wade seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

The hats and pinwheels are here, with a bill of $78.71 that Carrie had paid. Tim motioned to reimburse Carrie. Josh seconded. Motioned passed unanimously.

Stef has made a total of 120 Rocky Mountain Pro Stock buttons, with a cost of $30. Wade motioned to reimburse Stef. Duane seconded. Motion passed unanimously. These buttons were passed out to members that were present, and it was decided that we would like to have more. Stef has enough to make 280 more. It was decided to have her make all that she can, if Crystal will be able to make more of the graphics.

Jerry asked if we would like to use the telemetry when we run this weekend The consensus is that it would make complications at this time as not everyone has clips and would have to figure out where on the cars to put them. Duane moves taht we do not run the telemetry at the August race. Tim seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Jerry has 50 passes that we will purchase for $8.50 each. The club is buying these and then the drivers can purchase them for any sponsors that they would like to give a pass to. Club has agreed to pay for the officials, will use these passes. The club will give out some passes to our sponsors. Duane motioned for the club to purchase 11 passes for the following: Ace Hardware 2, Don Olson 2, Super One 2, Napa 2, Dennis Anderson 2, Plum Creek 1 (Brad would like to purchase the other one for them). Wade seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Fred Matt's daughter Faith is singing the National Anthem. If she is unable to be there, Fred will sing.

Danny Roullier has the car banners done, they say Rocky Mountain Pro Stock - This Saturday Night, and so we will be able to reuse them. He sponsored the labor; the bill for supplies is $180. Lisa motioned to pay this bill. Tim seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Posters were $50 and Tracy paid the Polson cheerleaders $50 to distribute them in the valley. Tracy stated that they are to bring a list of the businesses that they hung them at, so will wait for this to decide on the bill.

Trophies were discussed. It is unknown whether or not they are planning to do trophies for the top 3 positions. Lisa and Guy stated that if MVS is not planning on doing top three trohies that they will pay for 2nd and 3rd place trophies. Will get ahold of A&R Trophies to make sure we have 3.

Carl membership is renewed and paid for. He will be driving the #40 this weekend. Lynn will be announcing.
