Minutes for meeting of Aug 17, 2006

The meeting was held at Plum Creek office, and called to order at 7:15 pm by Guy Stinger. Members present were Tracy Burland, Shirley, Ronnie, Melissa, Wade, Tracy Shepard, Brad, Guy, Lisa, Courtney, Butch and Duane

Financial statements were distributed.

Old business:  Motion was made to allow drivers to buy as many tires as they want. Passed

Jack Fay still has the leveler and would like us to get it soon. After the Aug 26 race we will pick it up.

New business:  Tracy Burland asked how many races we would like to have at Mission Valley Speedway next year. The consensus was that 4 or 5 would be about right.

We need an itinerary for the Aug 26 race, so one was written up. Guy will deliver it to MVAR at the Aug 21 meeting.

Pat McCrea applied for membership. Vote was taken and approved unanimously.
