The meeting was called to order at 7:15 by Guy Stinger. Also present were Lisa Stinger, Brad Lee and Duane Olsen. With so few members there, the question was raised if we should have a meeting. We decided that there was a quorum of board members, so we went ahead with it.

The question of points for both the regular races and the series race was brought up. The web site has the points for the regular races posted, but not the series race. Duane said he would ask Carrie if she would post the series points and a break-down of the regular race points.

It was decided to have Danny and Jarred do the technical inspection on the top finishers for the series race. Danny has agreed to it, and Duane will be talking to Jarred in the next few days.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15.
