The meeting was called to order at 7:00 by Guy Stinger. Also present were Lisa Stinger, Courtney Stinger, Traci Shepard, Wade Shepard, Josh Burland, Jarred Burland, Butch VanTassel and Duane Olsen.

The minutes were read and approved. There was no financial report due to Tracy Burland being in the hospital with pneumonia. He is expected to be released tomorrow.

The report on Saturday’s tech day included some cars being too low and one being too light. These discrepancies were noted, and the drivers will have their car in compliance by race day. Don Staggs was not able to make it to the inspection, so it was decided to inspect his car Wednesday night at the track. Josh contacted him and Don said he would be there.  Chuck Morigeau’s car was inspected, was passed, and then he went to the Speedway to race in his regular class. He damaged his engine, so it had to come apart, and now before he can race the MLLMS he will need to have it inspected again. Guy will inform him of this at work tomorrow, and hopefully it will be ready to be looked at by Friday.
