Guy called the meeting to order at 7:15.
Brad gave the financial report: as of last meeting: $761.43 in checking, deposit of $175.

Drivers Dues need to be paid before the race. Still need Chuck Morigeau, Jarred and possibly RJ.

There are cars that will need to be teched in Penticton. Tracy is planning on being in Penticton Friday afternoon. He hasn’t heard back from them, but will need to take tires for them to run on.

Walter can’t make it to Penticton and was wondering if there would be anyone to run the camera for him.

Lisa is going to wait to make the Thank you cards until we have finished our traveling so that she can make one and send it to all of the tracks.

Pay for this weekend is $125 (Canadian) per car. Back gate is $20. There will be an early hot-lapping session on Saturday for only BSPRA.

It was discussed for next year, to make sponsorship due before the races to divide out per race and car. Drivers would then get that amount at each race, to help with costs each weekend. Drivers would have to run 90% of the races in order to be included in the pay.

Membership Application: Russ Burland. Russ is unable to be at the meeting. Brad motioned to accept upon completion. Lisa seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Brad asked if it would be okay to have a video camera in the car, mounted on the passenger side. Everyone agreed that this would be fine.
