The
meeting was brought to order by
Guy Stinger at 7:15. Also present
were Lisa Stinger, Courtney
Stinger, Tracy Burland, Shirley
Burland, Josh Burland, Butch
VanTassel, Danny Krahn, Brad Lee,
Duane Olsen, Don Staggs and Chuck
Morigeau.
There was no financial report due
to the bookkeeper being ill, and
wasnt at work today.
The
$1000 deposit on the fairgrounds
will be returned to us. PFI is
satisfied with the clean-up job
after the Kart race.
Tracy reported that
Mr. Bs Limo sponsored the web
site for the next year. The cost
is $87. Thanks Tracy.
Don
Staggs, Chuck Morigeau and Chuck
Weich made application to race in
the MLLMS on June 16 and August
25. Chuck Weich called Tracy
earlier in the day to explain
that he had to work late, and
would be very late to the
meeting. After Tracy checked with
other board members, he told
Chuck that he could have Don or
Chuck Morigeau make application
for him. All three were accepted,
paid their entry fee and will be
at the Old Creamery Mall on
Saturday for inspection.
Tracy reported that
the total expenses for the MLLMS,
which includes drivers pay,
advertising, trophies, jackets
etc is just about $5000.
Don
said tires will be available at
the track on race day for $100
each.

Josh asked any members that could
to come to Tracys shop and
inspect his motor before he put
the last head on. Duane and Butch
along with Tracy looked it over,
measured bore and stroke, and
checked the head and passed it.
