Meeting called to order at 7:15. Present were Guy, Lisa, Tracy, Traci, Wade, and Brad.

Financial report of Kart Race: Total deposit of $3989, plus $35 still owed from Valley View Women’s Club. Expenses of $2780. A profit of $1244.

Brad bought 6 tires for $450.

Cars with sealed motors can do a roll tech on race day. As unsealed cars are made ready, they can be inspected and sealed before first race instead of having a tech day.

Wal-Mart will sponsor the MLLMS $500.

Polson Chamber of Commerce will sponsor BSPRA $300

Montana Limited Late Model Series payout will be $100 per car per night, with $500 from Wal-Mart added plus a jacket for the main event winners.

Tracy will order 30 tires for $2250 laid in.

Fairgrounds clean up will be Saturday or Sunday.
