The meeting was brought to order by Guy Stinger at 7:15. Also present were Lisa Stinger, Courtney Stinger, Tracy Burland, Shirley Burland, Josh Burland, Butch VanTassel, Danny Krahn, Wade Shepard, Traci Shepard and Duane Olsen.

The financial report was given, and two bills were presented for payment:

                        Flathead Publishing for ads………...$ 90

                        Outback Toilets for Kart race……….160

It was voted to pay the bills.

Tracy clarified the MLLMS race charges and pay:

            BSPRA will pay drivers $100 each race, also split $500 equally between drivers, pay for advertising, trophies, provide trophy car and trophy girl, and provide jackets to the winner of each race plus a jacket to the overall points winner.

            Each car and driver gets in free at the pit gate, but pit men must pay the regular Mission Valley Speedway rate.

It was decided to have the MLLMS tech day June 2 at the Old Creamery Mall.

May 31^st is the last day to apply for entry into the MLLMS. It was decided that BSPRA drivers do not need to be voted on, but will need to fill out application and pay the entry fee. All other prospective drivers will need to be voted on.

Wade passed out the drivers pay from the May 19^th race, $85 each.

In order to give drivers a little more perspective of the technical inspection, it was decided to require 2 drivers each race to help tech at the conclusion of each race. Josh and Wade volunteered to do the June 16 race.

The Stingers volunteered to get a trophy car and girl.
