Guy called the meeting to order at
7:20
Brad gave the financial report: checking $761.43;
Accounts Receivable $4095; Tires $2250.
Points were discussed. Points are
awarded for trophy dashes starting at 5 points, down to
2 by ones.
We had said that we would tech the
cars that will be racing with us in Pinticton on Friday
before the race. Need to get a hold of them and will
have to be there in time to get the teching done. Some
of the drivers have looked at the Pinticton site at
their rules and they fit ours, they would have to buy
our tires.
It was discussed to divide out the
end of year pay between out of town races and add it to
the payout for that night. Everyone agreed that this
would help with the expense of traveling. This would
have to be next year, and would depend on percentage of
races that each driver needs to be at to be eligible
for the pay. We would possibly have to charge a fee for
the banquet in order to pay for the trophies and other
expenses.
Percentage of races needed to race
to be eligible for the year end pay was discussed.
Because we only have 5 races, if one race is missed
that would be less than the 90% that was previously
set. Jarred motioned to allow missing one race but must
complete other 4 races for the 2005 season in order to
get year-end pay. Brad seconded the motion. Motion
passed unanimously.
Driver’s Fee was due before the
first race, but some weren’t collected. These must be
paid before the next race.
Need to get a Thank-You card for
Ephrata Raceway Park and the Witte’s. Will include that
we would like to try a later date in the season next
year to hopefully have better weather. Lisa said that
she will find a card and will have everyone sign it at
the next meeting.
Talked about setting a date to go
to Kalispell to hot lap when all of the pro-stocks can
make it. Will discuss this more at the next meeting.

7th, 7 pm, Plum Creek.
