Discussion was held on the
sponsor placement on the cars. Between Danny and Gull
Printing, they have most of the decals ready and just
need to get them placed on a car.
Discussion was held on the Polson
Tourism Booklets and the Friendship Trail. The Leader
is doing an overrun of 2000 booklets at a sponsorship
of $5,500. We will be able to take these to Canada
about a month before the race for promotion.
Businesses can sponsor the trip to hand out booklets
at $50-$100. If there is left over money from the
trip, it will be added to the purse. Businesses can
also include coupons and discounts to encourage
tourism through the friendship trail.
Discussion was held on rookie
drivers. Concern was to keep the class competitive and
safe. Possibilities discussed were having a minimum
lap time or a certain amount of lap time.

that they will sponsor pizza and pop for the day.

Appreciation Days. They want a few cars there on
display.
Tires: Tracy was able to get a
direct factory link with American Racer. Tires will be
$75-freight included- one week out. They stated that
they would like at least a 20-25 tire order. With
racers contacted so far, we would need around 20 tires
Their jackets are $45, Tracy is purchasing one and the
possibility of using them for different class awards
was discussed. Wade made a motion to buy 25 tires
total. Passed unanimously. The club will have
approximately 5 extra tires for purchase throughout
the year.
Main Event laps: Discussion was
held to have a minimum number of laps, because of the
travel and to put on a good show. Brad moved to have
either a 40 lap main, or 3 laps per car, which ever is
greater. Motion passed unanimously. Need to change
this in the rule book.
Kalispell track time: Would like
to get at least 5 cars to go to Kalispell on a
Wednesday during their hot lapping time to show them
what BSPRA is about.
If they like the class, may be able to be put
in the schedule as a filler class, or when a night is
short. Discussion
was held on the Limited Sportsman class and the
possibility of racing together.
