Guy called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
Brad gave the financial report: $98.83 checking balance; $4595 Accounts Receivable; $1211.70 Assets-Total Assets $5905.53. Currently $545 pre-sold tickets. Have paid the insurance for Swap meet, rent for PFI and written deposit check for $2000.  5 booths have been paid for.

Swap Meet:
Discussion was held on difference between pit gate and front gate. If people go from the stands to the pits, they will have to pay the $15 difference because of insurance. We will keep an eye on people that come over to the stands from the pits and see if we need to have them pay the front gate fee.

Diana got chalk line from the school; Tracy will get chalk and will measure out booths on Friday.

Don Addsen is having live radio. Chuck will have his car there for sure. Tracy talked to Shawn and told him that would need a Cart there and also at Napa to display during the day. Tracy got a sign made to have at the turn on the highway.

50/50 tickets: will be drawn before the main and must be present to win. 1 ticket for $1, 6 tickets for $5. Will mention and possibly sell them at the gate. Was discussed to possibly have a BSPRA booth with information, rule books, scrapbook and could sell 50/50 there also. Tracy and Chuck Reese will have their pro-stocks there, and possibly Wade if he is able to get it there.

Request for race passes for Kenny, he is going to get water tank into Tracy’s truck and get it set with pipes to be able to water the track. Will give him a couple of passes for getting this ready.

Need to get start up money for the main gate. We will then use that money for the start up on the race gate. It was decided to start with $75.

There will be a few booths that are going to set up on Friday. Guy and Lisa will be staying at the fairgrounds and will be able to watch things and answer anyone’s questions.

Tracy will be getting another load of bales tomorrow.

Ambulance contacted Tracy and said that they did have us on their calendar.

Fire Dept. want to set up booth to raffle a 4 wheeler, also Special Olympics are having a raffle for a pick-up. It was decided to donate these booths since they are also non-profit organizations.

Courtney is planning on doing the front gate. She has the stamp for the swap meet. Ace will give aprons to use for the money for gate and 50/50.

Budweiser will have $500 sponsorship check this week.

New Membership Application: Crystal Reese. Guy motioned to accept. Brad seconded. Membership accepted and paid.

Anyone available to help with set up, will be meeting on Friday after 1 p.m. or starting Saturday at 8 a.m.

Next meeting will be Thursday April 28, 7 p.m., Plum Creek.
