Guy called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.
Wade gave the financial report. Only change is Duane’s bill for picture frames: $24. Wade motioned to pay the bill. Lynn seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Bales: Duane was unable to get ahold of Ed. Wade will try to stop there this week.

CD recording: Have date set for Saturday April 8^th. We will need all the driver’s profile updates before this.

Posters: There has been a $.39 special advertised but this may only be for 8 ½ by 11. Walter to send press release. Posters were approved with changes. Need to add cooler night ($5/ cooler, no glass, id required)

Build Track: Discussion was held on when to start building the track. Date of April 22 set for sure and if decided that we would need another will call everyone. Tracy will call Smith Paving to make sure that the equipment would be available then.

Tracy brought seals in. Lisa has a new tech sheet done with an area to indicate the seal number put on that car.

Chuck brought in a memo that he had done up to request use of the water truck Duane motioned to accept this memo and let Chuck turn it in. Lisa seconded. Motion passed unanimously.

Port Angeles: Our agreement states that we will bring 10 cars. The track owner would like to put in some local cars if we have less than 10. Currently have 8 definite and 2 possible cars. It was discussed if would like to put in locals like in Penticton. Concerns were to limit the local cars to 2, to have a guarantee that they are good drivers and wouldn’t cause problems. They would have to pass teching and buy our tires. Will discuss this more when we know how many cars will be going. Danny says that he is going to race this season with us, but haven’t heard from him this year. Tracy will check with him and whether he would be traveling to Port Angeles.
