Guy called to order at 7:15.
Wade gave the financial report. Same as last meeting, have $600 in memberships currently. Duane submitted a bill of $7 for additional picture frames, he had submitted $17 at the last meeting.
Minutes read and approved.

Bales: Wade did go look at how many were there from last year, and we will need more.  Wade and Lynn will try and find more.

Lynn tried to get a hold of Walter, but hasn’t heard back about the recording. Walter may be out of town. They will get a time set up. Have gotten some of the driver profiles updated via email.

D&D Customs: Josh has talked with them and he will put our cars on the Dyno for $25/pull/car. If everyone wants to do this, we will need to get a hold of him to set up times. About 1 ½ hours per car, will need 2-3 session. Concerns with the rear tires and if would have to even them up.

Posters: Need to get prices still. Also need one for the cart races.

The special event insurance was dropped off-Tracy wasn’t there will get next week.

Need to get the permit for the fireworks. Can print off from the City of Polson. Tracy talked with Jack and he will take care of this.

VFW: Tracy has not gotten a hold of them yet regarding booth and flag presentation.

Shirts: Traci S. has a list from last meeting. Will email to get sizes and to place order in the next couple weeks.

Port Angeles: Duane suggests to drive around versus taking the ferry. It is about the same time but truck with trailer will run about $70-80 on the ferry plus per person fee.

Duane has thank-you’s done for the sponsors from last season. Tracy will take and get to sponsors.

There is a group of flat track motocross that contacted Sean Wells looking for somewhere to race. They used to race in Missoula but were having problems with noise. Sean gave them Tracy’s number to contact about somewhere to race. Would be the same kind of set up as the cart race, they bring their own show. Will wait to see if they call and discuss then.
