The meeting was called to order at 7:15 by Guy Stinger. Also present were Lisa, Courtney, Wade, Traci, Shirley, Josh and Duane.

The proposed Christmas party was discussed, and there seemed to be too many conflicting things going on, so it was decided not to have one.

The tentative race schedule that was made on November 28 is considered permanent unless the prospective tracks can’t accommodate us on those dates. Confirmation should be done within a few weeks.

Because of the difficulty of every driver making every trip, a list of prospective substitute drivers was compiled. Among them are Russ Burland, Troy Rau, Todd Vandeberg, Willy Ovitt, Sam Barber, and Bobby Butler. These people will be asked if they are interested enough to come to a meeting and apply for a membership. A few other names were mentioned, and current members will be talking to these people about this.

Tracy has had initial contact with the distributors of Budweiser beer and Pepsi Cola products in Missoula, and they seem inclined to want to sponsor the race group. Details will be spelled out at a later date. There are other possible sponsors that he will be contacting also.

After talking to the American Racing tire company in Pennsylvania, is appears that the price of our tires will stay the same as before, $75 each, laid in.

There was one bill presented, $4 to Anderson Broadcasting for the remaining balance on radio ads from the Kart Race. Bill will be paid.
