The meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm by Tracy Burland. Also present were Shirley Burland, Wade and Traci Shepard and Duane Olsen.

No minutes for the last meeting were available.

Tracy passed out the financial report.

Bills were presented for trophies, Leon Hall rent, yearbook, coats and stitching. It was voted to pay the bills.

Discussion about next year’s schedule included possibly a mid-April race in Port Angeles, maybe a race in Pocatello and Ephrata, and finish up the summer with a couple of Spokane races. Tracy will be going to the WARPA meeting later in the month, and talking to the track owners about this.
