Tracy has tried to contact the tracks that were discussed at the last meeting. Pocattello and Tri-Cities are both closed.

Tracy, Guy, Lisa and Brad attended the meeting regarding the lease at MVS. The tribe is looking at other options to the lease. This meeting was only to get input from all race groups and parties involved. MVAR has not contacted us for dates on their 2006 schedule.

Offer to MVAR was discussed. Tracy had figured up approximate revenue that our group brought in to MVS on the dates that we raced there. We did our own advertising last year with a cost of $1200 to BSPRA. Front gate, Pit gate, and concessions extimations total $10804 for both weekends. Front gate estimates only count our fans that would not go to the races other when we race, leaving out those that may go on other weekends. MVAR paid BSPRA drivers $85 each, totaling $1870 for both weekends. If they dispute our numbers would then request to see their financials for those weekends; at their meeting after the August race, they stated that they had a $9000 weekend. The only other change that we would ask for different from last years agreement would be for $150 per car pay. It was discussed to have our own truck to serve as a push/tow truck and clean up crew. Also discussed supplying our own trophy car and girl.

WARPA: Tracy called to get rooms and they hadn't called to block out rooms to allow for the special rate. He will wait until they have contacted the hotel to call on the rooms. Guy and Lisa are also going to attend.

Next meeting will be December 1st, 7 p.m., Plum Creek.
