Guy called
meeting to order at 7:15. Also in attendance were
Tracy, Lisa, Courtney, Butch, Brad, Carrie and Duane.
Bill was
presented for $52.50 for membership dues to Polson
Chamber of Commerce. It was voted to pay it.
Outlaw Kart
race dates are April 28, and September 22, at the
Polson Fairgrounds.
It was decided
to schedule the banquet on October 6, at North Crow
Clubhouse.
Regular tech
day will be May 5, at the Old Creamery Mall.
Tech day for
the Limited Late Model Series race will be June 2.
Location is to be determined later.
Points for the
regular Pro Stock races will not included in the
Limited Late Model Series races, and vice-versa.
Laps for the
LLMS races will be as follows:
10 or
fewer cars--------------30 laps

Car
count will be how many take green flag in Main Event.
The Montana
Flat Track race group, (Outlaw Karts), have asked
BSPRA to do the promotion for a race at the Majestic
Arena at Kalispel on March 31. We have tentatively
agreed to do so.
For the Kart
races in Polson, it was agreed to pay $1300 purse for
the April race, and $1500 for the September race.
A proposal to
buy 20 one-way race car radios, and 3 official
two-way radios was presented. It was decided to buy
them.
Tracy offered to go to
Hot Springs to pick up the ride-along car. Brad will
talk to Willie so they can coordinate a time.
There has been
no luck so far of being able to rent an office space
for what we feel we can afford.
A rules meeting
for the Limited Late Model Series will be held Jan
16, at 7pm, at Butch’s shop.
The next
regular meeting will be Jan 25, at Plum Creek office.
