Meeting, January 25, 2007

             The meeting was called to order by Guy at 7:15. Also in attendance were Tracy B, Tracy S, Wade, Lynn, Brad, Butch, Lisa and Duane

            Bill presented were $72 for Post Office box rent for 1 year, and $85.68 for iron for the ride-along car. Motion to pay bills passed.

            The rules for the Montana Limited Late Model Series races were read and approved.  Lisa will put the final draft into booklet form, and after proof-reading is completed, about 20 copies will be printed.

            Wade gave a report on the ride-along car. It is coming along quite well, but a few more parts are needed. Tracy has a 302 motor and C4 transmission for it, Willie has the body, and everyone has a decent tire or two.

            Tracy explained the difference between a Limited Liability Corporation, and a Non-Profit Corporation. Our group fits the criteria of the LLC more closely, so it was decided to go that way.

            The meeting was adjourned at 9:15.
