The meeting was called to order by Guy Stinger. Also present were Lisa,
Tracy,
Josh
and
Duane.
The minutes to the last meeting were read and approved.
The financial report was the same as last meeting.
A bill was presented in the amount of $38.50 for Fed Ex charges for
documents
from
Walter
Simon.
It was
voted
to pay
the
bill.
There was much more discussion on the Pit Stop map and the Karaoke
contest.
Guy has
the
hand-out
about
ready,
and a
date of
February
23 is a
tentative
date
for the
contest.
Tracy Olsen, the owner of the Branding Iron, will be contacted in the
next
few
days to
see if
this
date
will
work
for
her.
Tracy
Burland
talked
to Bob
Starkel
about
hiring
him to
do the
actual
karaoke,
and he
said
that he
charges
$250,
and he
would
be
willing
to do
it, but
he
doesn’t
want to
do the
judging.
