The meeting was called to order at 7:15 by Guy Stinger. Also present were Lisa, Tracy, Wade, Traci and Duane.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

Wade gave the year end financial report.

The race schedule for 2008 is confirmed.

The August 16 proposed Post Falls date was cancelled because NSRA will be racing there on that date. There will be an invitational race at Post Falls on September 27, for cars with similar rules to ours. Some of us are planning to participate in it.

Tracy reported on possible promotions that may be pursued. One is a hand-out with a map of businesses that are frequented by BSPRA members. Another is a Karaoke contest at the Branding Iron. Guy will draft the hand-out. For the Karaoke contest, first prize can be a round trip for two to Las Vegas. Second and third prizes will also be awarded. Entry fee of $25 was agreed upon. The date is still to be set, but sometime in February seems likely.
